Has it been fertilized? How old of stand? How good a stand?......that’s still unknown at this time. Normal cash rent for area plus $150/acre for a young good stand with good soil fertility be fair, unless we burn up and ya get 2 ton/acre for the year. Fairest is so many $$$/ton harvested.
