To be clear, you are aware of people who have actually received funds for a first draw increase and also received funds in hand for a second draw application here in Jan/Feb 2021?

Last I knew SBA was not giving out a loan number for any second-draw applications if a forgiveness application wasn’t complete for a first-draw increase, the minimum covered period was 8 weeks, and the E-Tran software wasn’t configured to correctly calculate first-draw increases until some time here in early February.

Logically the PPP application deadline will be extended but it’s not in the $1.9T stimulus bill (although extending ERC through Dec 31, 2021 is).
