coast of Maine | Friend applies caculated out to about 100k benefit.Monitor lands hes been farming.Find some ditch work etc.gets a letter in the mail assumes its a check,,,its a bill for 120k,for cost sharing they did years ago on manure system.Then gets notice they are taking 20 k a quarter out of his bank account.Hes had at least one hearing and has an attorney but I doubt the guy is proficient being its Maine. and very few farms.Ideas on any legal counsel I could advise him of ? | |
