2020 terrible for deliveries personally so wet couldn't haul on roads till late summer. Only 40 percent planted in 2020. Agree in our area most of beans long gone. I delivered beans on a basis contract few weeks back and only one other guy was hauling beans. Corn lines after two weeks of cold with plant problems but most was contracted before now with buyers saying that won't last long.
Targets are $14.50 and $15.50 on beans.
Corn am doing cash sales as we deliver hauling everyday. Have ran into problems in past with contracting high priced corn (remember verasun). | |
