if fat cattle were for sale right now, why would you be selling for the 114 bids when this week we roll to april as front month and they are 10 higher? better yet, if april is 123, why wouldnt you just hedge them off and deliver them against the contract vs giving them away for their measly bid? i have never delivered against the board, are there any deductions? or what all is involved?
