It will pull much more than your wheeled tractor. We have an 8400 and an 8400t.
There is a shaft in the transmission they can update to 8310 specs. When it goes you just stop, no movement. Track alignment can be a pain.
Skip passes when planting to minimize berming. It's slow on the road, rough on frozen ground and the road, but rides nice in the field.
It's not as cheap to run as your wheeled 8300, but cheaper than the new machines. | |
