Central Illinois | My best friend used to own a fair size (75-100 employees) machine shop, building a lot of stuff for caterpillar. One day, an older employee with a great work history started to really screw up and dropping things. My buddy’s wife did the HR and drug testing program. Kicking and screaming, she took him to the local clinic for a pee test. Turned out he was having a heart attack, and taking him in for a drug test likely saved his life. | |
