Sorry for not replying sooner. So you’re saying it won’t move at all is that correct? And it has a 24 error can you check if it has a 23 error because it sounds like a bottom of clutch error if it doesn’t move at all. Here’s a little info.. Range Position Plunger and Switch Replacement.

Problem

Do error codes 24 and 25 indicate a defective range position plunger or a defective range position switch?
What are the criteria for replacing the range position plunger and the range position switch?
Cause

Error code 23 error code 24 error code 25. Range plungers are sticking. Range plunger replacement. Plunger part number 3798960M1.

Solution

Error codes 24 or 25 indicate that two ranges are engaged at the same time and are typically caused by a range switch remaining open. In addition, if error code 23 is also active, troubleshoot the BOC switch first.

Important: DO NOT replace range position plungers for error codes 24 and 25, if error code 23 is also present. Consult the below reference service bulletin for more information.
Certain criteria must be met to warrant the replacement of the range position plunger or the range position switch. Failure to diagnosis the error codes correctly is not cover by the manufactures normal warranty and adds undue cost to the owner. Consult the related knowledge objects, in addition to the following service bulletins for more troubleshooting information:

AG ELECTRICAL 0047A
CH ELECTRICAL 0048A
MF ELECTRICAL 0067A
All of the following criteria must be met and documented to warrant replacement of range position plungers:

Error codes 24 and 25 are active in the transmission controller
Error code 23 is not present in the transmission controller
Range plungers have been removed and reduced in size to 5.5 mm
If error code 23 is present, the bottom of clutch (BOC) troubleshooting procedures must be completed before performing diagnostics on the range position plungers. Some BOC faults can cause error codes 24 and 25 to display.

If only error codes 24 and 25 are present, remove and measure the range position plungers. The factory plunger measures about 5.95 mm in diameter. The original plungers must be reduced in size and tested before ordering replacement plungers from AGCO Spare Parts. For tractors that require plunger replacement, consult the above service bulletin for more information.
Note: Consult the above reference service bulletin for more information about reducing the plunger diameter for tractors that display error codes 24 and 25.
