south east SD | Was a rougher bar in the 80's, walked up to the bar to order a drink.
All this appended in a minute!!
Two guys were picking on a guy at the bar, about that time a little guy with a cowboy hat walked to me and says do you know these guys? I said no, just got here. He says I just hate bullies.
He walked over to them and says if you want to pick on someone, try me!! They turned and lipped off and that Cowboys had them both on the ground with fists flying in a flash!!
Bartender set my drink down and jumped over the bar with a club to break it up. Cowboys turns to him and says you better get back over the bar, I'm leaving and walked out.
Bartender jumps back over and says that's $3 for the drink as I stood there in shock. I paid and the bartender said to the boys on the floor, I told you to quit, get out. They picked themselves up and walked out.
