They are mining non stop, coal train goes by at least once a day. I would trust the seller, coal mine, as far you can throw them.
Fro what I understand wouldn't much trust your County Board either that caused this to happen . I still don't understand how the County could control the coal rights .Looks to me like they should have went back to the land owners, when the county gained control.
