Anyone know a "Chad Nightingale" in Arkansas?  Or, at least that is the return telephone number appearing in the following........

I am getting emails as response to classified ads..........but such "feel" like a scammer situation.

I hate to disregard a bona fide buyer, or disrespect a well-intentioned individual.........but on the other hand, these scammers apparently have no standards.
