mn | At our feedlot we have 165 head pens. We fill different pens each month so need 165 head groups constantly year around of any size cattle that allow us to possible make a profit. When you bring different cattle in constantly, in every weather condition , its almost impossible to buy ranch direct. Its a sad truth that most cattle today represented as vaccinated have never been touched. So with that being said, every animal i buy goes through a total incoming protocol. It pains me to say i don't trust feeder cattle sellers as I know many are good honest people, but there is enough bad apples in the selling camp that i unfortunately can't afford to trust anyone. | |
