Precision-IQ new run screen and touch behaviors, and a quality improvement build to address field issues found in v2.40/v2.41 (Those builds have been removed).

I also have had some issues with 2.40 and the hydraulic steering but I can't downgrade anymore and they are not solved yet.
NAV900 led indicator:
Fatal error
A fatal error will be indicated by the following repeating cycle:
l
Rapidly flashing Red > Solid Orange
l
Possible flashing Orange > Rapidly flashing Red
