No, but a lot of trim fat costing around $0.20 cheapens that hamburger a lot. And an old, dry, hard muscled bull soaks up a heckuva lot of cheap fat. It would be interesting to know how fat from fat US steers is mixed with cheap imports to get the final product. We may realize $2 hamburger works for everyone but us.
