Careful if she asks you to try a water cleanse  :^)

Make sure you are getting enough minerals along with your water intake.

Off on a winter adventure doing some trucking, boring but consistent. Met a lady online, got me started on drinking more water - knew about the benefits but hadn’t been motivated. Also couldn’t take my prize Keurig with me, so coffee consumption is down 95%. Town water here is garbage, so I buy bottled water. Drinking 4-6 per day. I’m thirstier than I was before, it’s a bit of a perpetuating thing. 3-4 of those bottles I will flavour. Was a chore at first but feels natural now (3 weeks). I think I’m sleeping better, I’m sleeping less, waking up naturally even when on oddball shifts, not tired, and waistline is backing off a bit - I’m 5’9”, 210 lbs, 34/30 pants. I think I’m losing visceral fat now, feels a tad flabby but still slimming some. Biggest thing that has me pondering, my food consumption is approx. 1/2. So, that tells me I was eating because I was bored. I was home after 5 days of more water, had lost a couple pounds. Curious how this will pan out going forward.
