St.Clair Co. IL. | I have a question about primers, I now have CCI large rifle 200 and some Remington 9 1/2, exactly what is the difference in Large rifle primers? my books are calling for either just large rifle or Federal or Remington 8 1/2 or 9 1/2, are some hotter than others? I have reloaded in the past and used the CCI 200's AND the Remington's I am reloading .243, 30-06, .308 and .270, hate to go through the work and then not fire, seen where some primers are actually marked as magnum, does the powder take different primers? the more I read the more confused I am and if anyone would rather just e-mail me directly my e-mail is open, and if you do e-mail me just be prepared to get more questions from me!! LOL

P.S. I haven't reloaded in quit awhile but with the ammo shortage, figured it's time to clean up the old cases and start reloading again.
