Yes people made a mistake and I understand shxt happens. But I hope this is a learning curve and they make things right and they fix the problem. I know all about 100 year events. I should be 500years old if that was the case. Had government dam placed near my gpas farm back in early 70s. Water would never get across road but once in 100years. Happened twice in first 5 years. Never say never.
