I read somewhere that pass to pass accuracy was twice as good as converged accuracy. So If you set your convergence at say 18" your pass to pass would be 9". Don't know if this is right , but that is what I read.
The only place I had major problems was when I was going to another farm. The road goes right past a woods on the north side. The woods is about a 1/4 mile long and the trees are hanging all the way over the road. I totally lost sat. signal and it took about 20 minutes to reconverge.
I think it is three times as accurate pass to pass as the number it shows. So if it shows 18" it would be 6" pass to pass. I could be wrong but I am thinking it is 3 times as accurate. |
