N Middle Tn | We are currently a 100 hd cow/calf operation and background six loads per year. I am changing to an integrated operation from conception to dinner plate.
We are building a new FSIS harvest faclity on site . The facility will have a kill floor and cutting floor capacity of 5 head per hour. Our initial rail space will be 360 feet. This all gives us a capacity of 25 head per week which is expandable. | |
