Yeah I can see that side of things renting it out. Just trying to help justify the cost for such a specific use trailer since we are not a large out fit by any means only move a 100-150 bales a year.


We have two Hayboss hydraulic dumping bale trailers made by Woodworth in Chillicothe, Mo. Great trailers, and great folks that build them as well. We run the crud out of them, and they hold up.

But..... If you are only moving a couple hundred bales a year, I would think a flatbed gooseneck trailer could handle that chore fast enough, and still be used the rest of the time.

I'd upgrade my flatbed with the money you would spend on the hay trailer.
