Subject: Re: engage switch for ez steer

a foot switch is most convenient, because it leaves your hand free to do something else while turning. You do need a momentary contact switch (think doorbell button.) you close the contacts for a second or two and when you let go the EZ-Steer engages and the next time you close the switch, the EZ-Steer disengages. If you have a hand free to manually throw a switch, you can press the button on the EZ-Guide 500 and save yourself the trouble of installing a switch.
