| So, my recalculated additional funds are in my account. I am sole proprietor with no employees. I can apply for forgiveness immediately, correct? Am I at Banks mercy to file or submit the forgiveness application even if I fill it out? Sorry for all the questions. I need a "PPP for dummies" book. Also, regarding second draw 25% criteria. I assume I include all farm income, rent received, coop distributions, etc. What about the sale of a farm? I read where capital gains shouldn't be included, but what about the sale of the irrigation equipment that was included in sales price? Thanks for all your help! | |
