NCND | I doubt there is any frost here this year really because there is no moisture.
Kentucky derby weekend in 2014 I had a tile line froze solid with ice when I dug down to it. That was at 3’. Water line to one of our buildings froze that year too. They both thawed out June 9th dang near to minute because guy in building called when water came on as we had left it on after it froze. Same thing happened in a mobile home in yard and I got a call about that too. Pretty sure they froze up mid February that year. That’s a long time to go without a shower | |
