Subject: RE: Thio-Sul (Sulfur) on Soybeans Need education

Evansville, WI
We dribble it on the surface at 7 gpa of ATS and 3 gallons of water about 2 1/2 from the trench on both sides it seems fine. Brandt out of Illinois has done up to 15 or 18 gallons.

My understanding of the soil processes for ATS is that while it does initially go to half sulfate and half elemental the conversions of elemental to sulfate is rapid (dependent on soil temp) but may only take a few weeks.
