I will agree it’s the worst test available-except for all the others. Part of the problem is a lot of men don’t want to use the active surveillance path. They want to “just get it over with” so they opt for the surgical route. Prostate cancer is a different animal, we don’t know enough yet. But usually it is slow progression so there’s time to consider all the options.
