Casey's only started adding the E-15/Super 88 pumps to new locations built in the last year or two.
And not necessarily to all new stores either, it they build a new store at an existing location and they don't have to update the tanks/pumps it likely won't have E-15/Super 88.
Honestly, they should just drop E-10 and put E-15 in its spot.
