Hi Scott,
I haven't heard from anyone with any experience using a drone to scare birds, so I'm not sure it is a viable idea yet. I did find a couple other drones that might work: https://droneflyingpro.com/best-drone-to-scare-birds/

My oldest boy is in the shop right now building a bird trap similar to the one I've seen in Farm Show several times. If it works, might be the cheapest option. I could contact the DNR to see if I could get a permit to get rid of them, but trying to avoid the poison route.
