Do you have a link to that info?
In the 2745 fields I have sampled in the last 10 years here in the Panhancle of Texas
P has tested (Mehlick 3) at an average of 38 ppm - minimum test at 5 ppm and 255 maximum.
K tested (Mehlick 3 ICP) at an average of 501 ppm - minimum test at 247 ppm and 1170 maximum.
Can't see how that rule would apply here.
