Outside of the Rio Grande Valley, most don’t start planting until Valentines Day, that would include areas to about I10. With this cold and rain in the forecast I doubt anybody’s getting an early start, only going to push most back a week and we’ll be back into 70s. It’ll probably mess with some wheat.
