Trade Rule 4

If one does a HTA contract with a COOP and the contract says you have the option to delv to one of 8 different spots, 6 elevators and 2 ethanol plants

For your operation only 2 of them work for distance, etc. Your local elevator and the ethanol plant within 20 miles.

6-9 months go by and the COOP gets a new grain buyer while also closing your local elevator which was the the best spot that worked for your operation and the other was an ethanol plant that now has a dispute with the COOP so the COOP wont let you lock in basis for delivery there. Your next closest option is now 125 miles further.

Did the COOP alter the contract via removal of the desired delivery locations as choices???

Worse yet the COOP still had bids posted on their website delivered to the ethanol plant for months after you tried to lock in basis for delivery to said ethanol plant.....
