Subject: Wheat nitrogen, snow cover, frozen soil?

South Central Illinois
Need to apply nitrogen on the wheat sometime this month.
Minimal frost this morning.
1/2” of snow in the forecast tonight.
Along with freezing temperatures.
Maybe it could carry on Monday?
3”-4” of snow in the forecast for Monday night, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Along with temperatures near 0°
Looks cold and dry for the remainder of February.
Wheat needs a shot of nitrogen for March to promote tillers.
Very limited tillering last Fall.
Question?
Run on Monday morning or wait till March?
I have the equipment to do this once the soil settles down after the March thaw.
