No answers?

I'm just curious why a person would keep it. 

Medical reasons? Maybe stem cells for future medical use???? Or just a souvenir?  Some people keep their kidney stones in a jar. Some people keep baby scrap books with scraps of hair and such.

Just wondered what the purpose of saving it is. Pretty sure not going to eat it like a cow or hog does.
