Lots of places that repair/rebuild what you have. I have used www.circuitboardmedics.com before with good luck. I've got a couple clusters out of 4900 International trucks at a place in Joplin MO now called auto tech rescue. first experience with them so won't know how it goes til end of this week probably. google search for Instrument cluster repair brings up a bunch of places.
