An EZSteer is a solid choice if you are wanting just to steer with the EZGuide 250 on WAAS. We had a 500 and EZBoom on WAAS for tillage and planting for quite a few years. The issue I see is in how you framed the situation / question. The answers given focus on basic steering. We really need to know what all this tractor will be used for on your dairy. If planting what is your row monitoring and any clutches, drive system or fertilizer that is rate controlled, do you want to completely get away from markers or nearly so? if spraying, what is your controller and section setup? Where we can help most is helping find a path to better returns and records. A FMX cabling guide can be a great resource as much of what is in it can be applied to a CFX750, FM1000, TMX2050 and even the newest displays.

With your tractor having a valve, I would spread a little time watching for a NAV2. Just a week ago a friend purchased a used one for the same price (actually less) than used EZSteers are bringing. If you can find a deal like that, then buy a used CFX 750 or FMX WAAS for under $2000 and sell the EZGuide 250 for $800 to $1000 depending upon antenna and condition. This gets you on a pathway to higher accuracy subscriptions (RangePoint RTX) and Foeld IQ functions to replace or supplement what you already have on planter, sprayer, etc..
