I have a sharp brand microwave / convection oven that I have been using for the last 10 or so years. I have roasted whole chickens up 5 lbs, made french fries, and the occasional loaf of bread. It has top and bottom electric heating elements and a convection fan so basicly it is a small countertop oven that also microwaves.
