If I read your file size correctly, that HUGE! Are you opening it directly from the internet, or have you downloaded it first?

I did a quick check at Adobe but didn't find much useful. One option is to play with the size the Windows paging file to make sure there is enough room for Reader to work with this size of file. Normally this is an automatic setting, but you can manually set it as well. To handle this file, you'd want to set the virtual memory at 2.5gb, I suppose. Check in System Properties. The setting is buried in there.
