South eastern South Dakota | We have never had either insta pot or air fry. This Christmas we got a Ninja Foodi SL Pro air oven. We did not know the first thing about them other than U tube. We cooked a 2 1/2 pound pork loin in it and it seared it black and we were sure it was ruined. Cutting that pork loin open we found jucy tender, cut it with a fork tender pork. I had a meat thermometer in it and when it was 145 degrees we took it out and tented it for about 15 minutes. Wow what a meal, we are sold on it. U tube Jelly 007 has vids on it as do others. A meat thermometer is a must some Ninja Foodi SL Pro air ovens have this option.
