| Had 4020 synchro range in shop for clutch replacement and pto idler gear. Required double split to get that all done. Went back together as planned and all went well except now have no reverse in any range. Forward gears all good. Never had any shifting issues before this recent work. Is it possible for the reverse synchronizers to go out all of a sudden or what else could my problem be? Linkage is good and not terribly worn and shifts perfect to all forward gears. Thanks for any suggestions before we tackle rear split and take seat and top off of rockshaft area to go after synchronizers. | |
