lower Michigan | Our bank has gone to all teller machines, in the drive through and inside the bank. You walk up to a machine hit the screen and wait for a teller to answer. Then you have to show your photo ID and know your member number each time. It's quit annoying. There are two people there for if you need help but it takes twice as long to do my banking now. Companies are trying to go all electronic and getting rid of personnel. They are really pushing to have us use a phone app that you just take a picture of your check to deposit so you don't even have to go in. No more personal interaction. Welcome to our new world.
