I’m not sure I follow.

Scaling up crop production is easy... tech on tractors and speed of operations. All you have to do is outbid the neighbors or cut through all that using ex-tillable and some of the management companies. It all depends on margin. The bigger the splash, the higher the rent?

There are large operations on the MN and IA border that make the trek down to farm in the land of fescue, cows,and clay.

Sustainability is the key. Depends on risk management and LUCK. At huge scales, luck on the front end is more critical.
