Haven’t really studied this since a year ago. But arc is a revenue coverage vs plc is strictly price loss correct? With recent market moves don’t for see plc paying or either for that matters! Is this signed every year or is this the last time in this farm bill?
How is ARC County going to provide any Rev protection with current prices? Sco - Plc is far better option when it comes to rev protection vs Arc county for 2021 crop. |
