Would possibly consider crop share with the right person.
BIL gets 30% of 100% delivered to elevator, he pays nothing just taxes on his land. He doesn’t take crop insurance on his 30% but I would if I do this. He does this on cwb I would probably only do one year and want corn. Would be possibly a couple hundred acres.
The hay deal has been good , but every one knows hay farmers or the low lifers of the ag world.
I want as fair of a deal as can be. What say you, any good ideas?
