It's been 25years but I still fondly remember the book "John Goff's mill" (probably don't remember how it's spelled).
It's sad that they have to pump the water uphill. So many of the little towns around here we're built around a waterpower mill. Even where there's rights to the waterpower getting government to allow anyone to utilize it is now impossible.
