Bulging disc in the lower back causing siatica pain????
Mine always started out in my butt or hip joint and progressively got worse down the leg. It is usually one leg or the other but it can affect both legs at once if the bulging disc is pressing on both nerves.
Just one other possibility. More activity and work will make it worse.
