Oh boy, fun questions,
I have a couple may be answers for you. If you can harvest at 25% moisture you should see around a 1-2% increase in yields, plus less "ear drop". Now that being said, cost to dry increases enough that I feel my "break over" point is 20%. There are not really any easy answers to your questions except this one, the waiting line at your system is YOU.
