I've been happy with smart receipt.
Try the free version and if you like buy it.
I take a picture of the receipt, enter amount and whom is to, and category.
Generate a report you get photos and amounts and a CSV file for excel. Auto back up to the cloud and then I monthly email to myself for double backup.
