| Have been considering switching my 480/80R46 rear tires to 480/80R50's. Reasons would include faster road speed, theoretically smoother field travel, and larger foot print. As I understand it, as long as I change the front mfwd wheels to keep the same rolling circumference index ratio between the back and front it should be fine. Is there anything I'm missing with doing a switch like this? (Other than the $ for all the rims and tires to do so.) Obviously it will take more hp, but that shouldn't be a problem. | |
