Wife does not use her Instant Pot for a slow cooker because she has a Crock Pot anyway at home and just uses it.
She has heard, for what it is worth, that the Instant Pot is not as good for slow cooking as a regular crock pot. No first hand experience there. Would be interesting to hear from people who use their instant pots for slow cooking how they like it.
