Streaming video is often quite low bitrate, if you actually downloaded a higher quality video it could be at least 4GB for an hour or so. The snag is these services will adjust to your internet speed so if you are on a faster link it will send you 1080p, but still lowish bitrate I would think. Three hours of typical streaming I wouldn't think you'd need more than the entry level deal you might use less than 10gb/month but 20gb would be safer. Compare it to watching a couple of movies per month people would expect to be able to do that without paying more than a basic package especially if the line isn't being used much for anything else.
