Have had good luck with the more expensive hps that use the large cartridges, cheaper per page than laser on paper at least. Now we also have a couple of laser brothers that we use on the fair grounds that are black only and they haven't caused any problems either. Either way don't buy a bottom end/cheap ink jet, they will get it back in ink price.
